GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Ab Blaster: A 30 minute abdominal and core training class. Get your mid section toned and conditioned in this fun class.
All in One: You'll get a little of everything in this class; calorie burning cardio, toning with a variety of equipment . This is a well-rounded workout and excellent for people who are returning to exercise.
Aqua Aerobics: An energizing, low impact water fitness that combines both strength training and cardiovascular conditioning exercises.
Boot Camp: This class is the ultimate workout for the cross trainer. We will challenge your agility, speed, strength, and endurance. This is a great workout for cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength.
Group Centergy:™ Our newest program which incorporates Yoga and Pilates exercises. You will enjoy this revitalizing workout!!! Group Centergy™ will be launched on September 20 at 11:00am.
Country/Western Dance Class: This fun dance class incorporates square dancing, line dancing, reels, and folk dance.
Cycle: Start pedaling and have our instructors take you on a 60 minute ride to Health and Wellness. All levels are welcome.
Gentle Yoga: Perfect for those new to yoga or those just looking to stretch, lengthen tight muscles, unwind, breathe.
Group Power:™ This riveting group barbell class is a full-body strength training program with the latest and greatest music.
Member/Guest Hour: Join us for complimentary coffee and snacks for members and their guests.
Pickle Ball: The fastest growing sport that incorporates tennis, badminton, ping pong and racquetball. Players use a Pickle Ball and hit a wiffle ball over the low net. The game is played in the Dome.
Silver Sneakers™CardioFit: Get up and go with a low impact class that's safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow movements and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation. The class will use small ball, tubes, and weights for a total body workout.
Silver Sneakers™Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises. Muscular Strength and Range Movement is the Silver Sneakers core class for total body conditioning. An instructor guides you through functional, daily exercise with resistance tools to be used at your own pace. Benefits: Improve overall strength, flexibility, posture, and balance.
Tai Chi: Tai Chi is beneficial for defense training but more important to your overall health. Balance and agility are challenged and improved during this slow moving martial art technique for all ages.
